Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?
We strive to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable. We will be more than happy to assist you in any capacity relating to our site or questions that you have about your order as well as inquiries about items that we carry.

How will I know if you have received my Order?
An automatic response will be sent to your provided e-mail address confirming that Ocean State of Mind has received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail within 24 hours, please call or e-mail and we will be able to check the status of your order.
When should I expect my order to Arrive?
Packages will normally ship within 3 to 5 business days and upon shipping Ocean State of Mind will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number. You will be contacted if your order will take longer than 7 days to ship.
They will be shipped via USPS. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped out of the country, to a rural address or during holiday seasons.
What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?
Due to high demand for many of our items, Ocean State of Mind can not always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. You will be refunded if we cannot fulfill your item.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
How will I be able to track my package?
Upon shipping, Ocean State of Mind will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include a USPS tracking number.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, items are shipped from our brick and mortar in Puerto Rico. You will be charged a 10.5 % State Tax and 1% Municipal Tax
RETURN/EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Credit will only be issued if all returned items are unworn, unaltered, unwashed. All tags must be attached. All sales are final on swimsuits and sale items. Please email us with your concerns and return requests.

Ocean State of Mind is not responsible for lost or damaged goods that are being returned. Please pack your returns properly. If your item arrives damaged or missing from the package Ocean State of Mind is not responsible for improperly packed items. Please address with your local Postmaster. Your credit may take 7-10 business days to process.
